Delivery Times: Once your order is placed, we’ll email you to confirm stock availability and estimated lead times.

Lead Time: Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. If an item is in stock at our London showroom, we’ll happily dispatch it straight away so you can enjoy it sooner.

1. What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is £200. Orders below this amount cannot be processed through our basket.

2. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website now that your trade account is approved. If you prefer, you can also contact us via email or phone to place an order.

3. What are your delivery times?
Delivery times vary by product. After placing your order, we’ll email you to confirm stock availability and lead times. Please allow up to 6 weeks for fulfilment. Items in stock at our London showroom can be dispatched immediately.

4. Can I visit your showroom?
Absolutely. Our showroom is open by appointment, giving you a private, relaxed space to explore and select pieces from our collection.

5. Do you offer samples?
Where possible, we are happy to provide samples of selected pieces. Please contact us to discuss availability.

6. Can I return or exchange items?
Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for assistance.

7. How do I check if an item is in stock?
Once you place an order, we’ll confirm stock availability and lead times via email. For urgent projects, you can also contact us directly to check stock before ordering.

8. Can I combine multiple orders?
Yes, we can combine orders and dispatch them together when convenient. Please contact us to coordinate.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will be confirmed at the time of order.

Depending on the size of your order and its destination, we may:

Hand deliver for local orders within West London
Use our partners Parcelforce, UPS, or Royal Mail for other orders.

Once dispatched:

UK: 1 - 2 working days

USA: 5 - 7 working days

Europe: 5 - 6 working days.
